Water

There is nothing any more miraculous than water to me. All living things have water in them. The human body is 60% to 70% water and is necessary for all
life. In its liquid state, we drink it and bathe in it and use it in endless ways.
Below 0 degrees C, it becomes solid as ice or sleet, or fluffy snow. Above 100 degrees C, it becomes invisible, then makes what we call steam, which will kill many living organisms, and can be used as energy.
Only about 3% of the world's water is 'fresh', rather than salty.
About 76% of the earth's surface is water.

I will be drinking some water today and go swimming a little later. Yes, water is vital!
