Can you stay a whole day without using internet?

In a world people are becoming less and less eye contact (practically do not look at each other anymore), talking only through messaging, solving various types of problems at long distances, making searches among other examples, the internet has become an "indispensable" tool.
But for you, how essential is the internet? Could you stay a whole day without using it?

I could if I had to or if the internet was wiped out..oh could you imagine lol. But internet is how I make a few bucks to help us out.

That has been a problem for me. I am all alone so I work every day on my PC however there are a lot of projects I would like to begin and take some time off too so I think that this coming Sunday I will stay offline and start on some of my projects and see how that works for me.

I wish to but haven't done yet. I al glued to the internet everyday either through my laptop or smartphone. But I wish to go fishing, shellfishing, gardening for one day.

While I really love the internet, especially for things like gaming, I definitely could go a whole day without it. I also try to be one of those people who can detach from my phone while I'm out in nature, I think we miss a lot of the worlds beauty with our eyes on our screens

This is an easy one for me. I am not here on Saturdays because it is our Jewish Sabbath and we are not allowed to do things on that day. I go back on the computer if can on Sunday morning. I am also off on certain holidays that we cannot be on here too. So, Saturdays for sure and other times I am not on the internet.
