Promote Focus -- Declutter

It's interesting to think of the regular and mundane things we do each day that help us in some extraordinary ways. Each of us have our daily rituals. We clean this, declutter that, rearrange something else. We feel good about it when it is done. We take these things, and the way they make us feel, pretty much for granted. But, do we realize that just reorganizing our living area can make us feel a kind of joy? Make us feel better about ourselves, our relationships, and even help our confidence soar. It actually increases our energy, helps us to sleep better, reduces stress and even enjoy better indoor air quality.
Clutter can over load your brain and slow the thinking process. So if things in your life have gotten a bit complicated and you are feeling a bit down, tidying up and organizing your living space can benefit your wellbeing and give you just the boost that you need.

We did a "Purge" back in 2014 and it was very eye opening.

LOL... now that is one very well used office! Reminds me of the lawyer's office we went to when we bought this house. Where I work looks spotless in comparison!! ;)
