I set my alarm for a certain time and when it goes off I decide that I need a little more sleep, like usually happens. I have sleep issues that make it where I don't get enough sleep.
There I hit the snooze button.
Then as soon as I start to fall back asleep then the snooze alarm goes off.
I am going to go back to doing what I did before, set the alarm for multiple times.
.
Set it the first time for 10 minutes before I actually have to get up, then the time that I actually do have to get up, then 15 minutes after. It worked for me before, except if I went ahead and got up and one of the first 2 times. Then if I am in the bathroom then the alarm would be going off continusly and bother everyone else in the household.

I am one of those people that I think the snooze button makes me feel worse than if I just jumped out of bed. My husband is the opposite of me and hits snooze every 10 minutes for like half an hour. Drives me crazy some days
