Seeing dad soon....

I haven't been on much I'm sorry. But just know that I 100% WILL answer you all when I'm more up to it. If you know me well you know that I always answer people back. Just updating those who know what's going on.
I've seen him often and I am going really soon to see him again. Two days ago he had surgery to have a stent in his foot to help the blood flow so it can also help the healing of the toe. Yesterday the doctor was happy with how his foot looked but not so much today.
My dad was supposed to have another surgery on his foot this afternoon to help get rid of any dead skin. I'm not sure what else was supposed to be involved but that surgery got cancelled due to the doctors wanting to try something else.
Las time I saw my dad I cried when I hugged him. All he said was "I love you little girl." And I just started crying. He cried. I feel bad cause I'm trying hard to be brave in front of him then I cry later when I'm home. He has been in the hospital since Tuesday 29th of January. And he won't be back home for quite some time. So obviously I am missing him and just wanting him to get better.
This may sound dramatic and probably ill-educated of me but keep in mind I'm not a doctor and I don't know how all this works but I'm frightened of losing my dad. As most of you know I lost my mum when I was 16. I'm very close to my dad.
I will keep you updated as much as I can. I have a lot more going on with me at the moment which I will not discuss. But honestly feels like the world is crumbling beneath me.

It's perfectly understandable that you are worried but your dad is in the best place possible.
Worrying isn't going to help the doctors do their job. Easy to say I know but it is absolutely true.
Certainly don't worry about people on myLot. Everyone here will understand if they don't get responses from you.
Hope it all goes well, which I'm sure it will.

OH dear you poor thing. Try not to get so stressed out. Let the doctors do what they need to do and hopefully he will be home with you soon! Forget Mylot and don't feel pressured to reply!

I must have missed a couple of your discussions. I can totally relate because my mom passed when I was 12 and my dad raised me.
If you want to know about anything they are doing ask a million questions and then look it up online.
You are stronger than you think.
