According to form a White House leak, through Axios, #5 spends about 60% of his time in the Oval Office in 'Executive Time', unstructured, usually watching TV [the X News Channel] and talking on his phone with cronies, hoping to get support. We know he watches TV becauses he sometimes Tweets about it, including 'facts' about immigrants, which he discussed, but was not factual. We call that a Lie. This is not how Reagan, HW Bush, Clinton, W Bush or Obama spent their office time, really working on problems.
