Fish was kept in the kitchen sink to be cleaned later. LollyIII has robbed fish before but this time I had no idea he would do it again as he had wounded his foot and jumping up is not what I thought he would do but he did it In a way I felt good as his foot seemed to be on the way to recovery. The maid found this packet in the garden One fish has disappeared from there. This guy is fed well and no wonder he had the energy to jump up and try to loot us.

Cats will do anything for a fish. Doodles used to take fish out of a fish tank one by one.

@allknowing He was smart enough to wait until no one was in the room, too.

@DianneN Dianne, that reminds of something my Mitzi did. She was my cat before Sophie. While I was married he had a fish tank and no cover on it so she climbed in and ate the fish.

There you are. Even you felt that his foot was more important than the fish he stole (lol)

The stray cats that stand by the fence in my in-laws also does that. They climb the grill of the kitchen window and get the raw fish being thawed.

We have to take care. It is normally closed but thinking LollyIII was not well I did not expect him to

They are smart. Bubi yesterday jumped on my kitchen counter, I am glad I was there to grab him.

@LadyDuck If they are both tomcats then there will be trouble if they spot a female somewhere

@allknowing Bubi is a male and he has already been neutered, the other cat is a female. If people want to let their kittens go out of the house it is mandatory to neuter them.

I hope he really enjoyed his fish - and that there was enough left for you.

@allknowing Naughty Lilly. I remember when the cat I had before Sophie where we used to live somehow got inside the apartment next to ours and the guy had chicken on his counter thawing I would say. She ate it. I put money in an envelope on his door and also a note tell him what she did and that she got inside his apartment to let him know.
