February mind benders

Today is February 28th, 2019 and will be the last day of this month this year. It made me wonder -
If you were born on February 29th, do you have a birthday this year?
Do people born on February 29th age slower than everyone else?
What if your anniversary is on February 29th?
What do you do if your license or certification expires on February 29th?
Since we don't have a February 29th this year, is everything good until the next February 29th?
What if you're in a time machine and you select February 29th, 2019? Where are you going to end up?
Those are a few of the things that ran through my mind this morning on my drive to work.

I don't think that "Feb 29thers" let a simple thing like the lack of Feb 29 get in the way of enjoying a birthday!
The plot of the Gilbert and Sullivan opera The Pirates of Penzance revolves around a character who has his birthday on Feb 29th, but this is a comedy and everything works out OK in the end!
