Not telling them

This evening I decided not to tell my two kids that they get to sleep in tomorrow because they have a 2 hour delay because of an incoming snow storm. I’m hoping they will let me sleep in since I didn’t tell them and let them stay up till almost 9 before they went to bed. Mommy just wants to sleep in till 7:45 that gives me and extra hour of sleep and the kids don’t need to go to still till 9:30 I would lobe if they would sleep till 8:20 but that isn’t going to happen. I’ll takw whatever extra sleep I can get.

Thanks, it didn’t happen but I did make it past 7am before they got me up.

@KlyliePot what does that have to do with being a mom that doesn’t get much sleep. I don’t like milk, don’t like tea always have some kind of fruit in the house

If there is no snow I still got to dig our van out but I can chill for awhile get up eat have coffee then dig us out if it’s really bad. I would for no school but the kids will have to do some school work if they don’t go either. Either way is fine with me.

Gross but have been there with kids throwing up food thst hasn’t digested her
