Yesterday, I had to really drag myself to work. As I mentioned in my earlier discussion, sudden onset of heat made me feel awful and I am still feeling the same though thankfully in less intensity. Some fresh juice, coconut water and cold shower helped me. It was the last session of my workshop. Though I was low on energy, I did a good job. The audience were interactive and four hours passed in a jiffy. I felt a little void when I had to part away with this wonderful group of educators and parents. They were so wonderful for all the sessions. We exchanged numbers and emails to stay in touch and fot clarification of any parenting doubts. That was the last session for this academic year. My next sessions will begin with new academic year in June. Now this break has to go in introspection, research, improving my content in quality and quantity. I want to have more effective rocking sessions in future. And now I have more time to mylot.

I am more glad that I can stay indoors most of the times and stay cool in this heat. Though staying at home for so long makes me bore but I have enough things to keep me busy. And also more time to be here myLotting

Yes much better. Cold showers and fresh juices are helping me stay cool. Coconut water really helps. And now I have a break from work so less stepping out in heat.

I am planning for a vacation in April. I have deep cleaning of my house, some art projects to be finished and few writing works to do in this break. I hope I am able to finish all that planned. I have one hour of counseling session on weekdays every day. That is a good engagement. Also have to help my children with their studies in this break.
