Two Peas in a Pod

I'd just finished adding a discussion to MyLot and decided to go and grab a cup of tea but just couldn't resist taking a photo of my two little darlings sleeping back to back on the hearth mat. The mat that Ollie's laying on is a scratch mat to try and stop both my little treasurers from using the furniture to scratch their claws!

@olliesmum MY cat loves her scratching pad which sits on the floor and I love to watch her go to town on it but she also likes to claim other things as her territory. I hope you can break them of making a mess of the furniture.

@olliesmum Sophie really does not damage furniture. When she gets mad she throws things on the floor. I take it back she dropped something that I needed.

We cover anything that looks tempting to them in fleece throws. Doesn't look pretty but rather that than have to replace a sofa!

Yes, both cats love it but you may need to weight it down with something. We encouraged them to use it by sprinkling catnip on it.
