We recently hired a home small project contractor. 1. They did more than we originally asked for 2. The quality of the work was exceptional We've had issues over the years finding a good handyperson to do the jobs we aren't really good at doing. The handyman presented us with a bill (after doing more than originally agreed upon) for less than the original estimate. Needless to say, we paid the original estimate. Have you had an experience like that?

Isn't that just the greatest feeling when tradespeople are so good? We always pay thenm generously when they are so helpful and professional.
