"Can you work without signing a company's contract?"

To be secure, we need to oblige the company for having this. In reality, some internet jobs don't have this signing of a contract. It means that these online companies can just terminate you anytime. Luckily, my online tutorial company required the virtual teachers to have their contracts and duly authenticated by lawyers. Moreover, I think it is also good not to have contracts being signed. So that I can able to stop anytime. That's what I do for my essay editing stunt. "Do you think it needs to sign a contract working online?" "Is it fine for you to work without it, offline or online?" I agree. It is the best tool to fight back. Some companies would be so cautious about having it.

@LadyDuck If they don't pay the employees, I am sure they will be reported. Then, the shortcomings are laid down on the table.

I do think it is needed. It happens in offline jobs. However, some online jobs don't do this.

For me, it will be important. It is a security of tenure with them, not scared that at anytime you can be fired.

I do agree. It does apply to all offline jobs. For online jobs, some companies don't.

Any contract can be broken--just ask the millions of lawyers who make a living that way! :O)

You have a point. Lawyers can bend a contract based on certain factors. I do think if I had signed a contract, I can also end this with certain circumstances.

The contract serve as your list or rights. So for. Me it is important.

I can't deny that. It is really essential for us to consider this. However, some companies take advantage of people who are in desperation not to let them have this contract. It is really a bad idea in the long run.

@Shavkat Online jobs don't need a contract. But I think offline jobs need a contract.

It can be advantageous to not sign a contract. It means that you do not agree to certain terms, and you can terminate your employment at any time, without notice or reason. Of course, it also means that your employer can do the same. I don't always sign a contract for my online/writing work but I prefer to have a contract for a full-time/permanent job. I know that my mum had a job where the boss didn't issue contracts. It came back to bite the boss when my mum decided to quit without notice. The boss wanted to be able to get rid of staff without question. She did not like it when the tables were turned!

It also strikes back to some employees for not letting them signed a contract. In fact, I prefer to take it is an option. At first, this manager wanted to let us sign a contract. Due to their unorganized in managing the team, they forgot to let us sign it. Luckily, they didn't impose on having it. If not, it would not be easy to pull out myself from working with this company. At present, the manager is trying to win me back. It is sad to say that he made a mistake of saying things that are not acceptable to me. In fact, this part-time job is my back up if I decided to stop working in my stable job. Now, it is best to stop and not to inform him why. I wanted this manager to feel the ghost that he created.
