And Now, A Song Dedication

This is tasteless. You've been warned. Ehud Arye Laniad died over the weekend. You may have never heard of him, but he was very wealthy. His business was diamonds. According to the news reports, he had a "Napoleon complex," needing to "compensate" for being short in stature. He'd have his accountant read his bank statements to him for fun. And remember, I warned you this would be tasteless. He was apparently, ahem, "short in stature" not only in height. He went to a Paris plastic surgeon for a penis enlargement. And, while on the operating table, he died of a heart attack. While it's sad that anyone dies, especially by a "botched surgery," there's just something comical (again, in a sad way) about a man who had all that money....and wanted more. (Again, sorry about the tastelessness.) So here's a song dedicated to him.

I have always thought it is best to be happy with what you have. This unfortunate man did not think so. An interesting song never heard it before.

This is from 1973-74. DeVaughn was a one-hit wonder. Cool R&B music!

Poor (but stupid) guy. I'd never have plastic surgery for this reason. Not cosmetic surgery anyway. What if something went wrong?
