How to detox/clean our body?

On my discussion about my illness @KlyliePot suggested me to detox my body which will help to cure internally. On talking to my younger sister over phone, she also suggested that may be you need a cleaning up internally. (Since nothing wrong in my ultrasound). She suggested me to use some ayurvedic medicine to clean the intestine on one day preferably on a holiday. I called up one of my aunt she is expert in ayurvedic for getting the particular medicine name, but she suggested me not to do that on one day but take medicine for a week, which helps to avoid constipation. Being confused, I searched in google (the doctor available on our finger tip) and watched many videos. One method I felt easy and simple, is oil pulling. I have never done this but already heard it about it. I had an impression that it is doing for improving the oral health or for our teeth. But this video teaches me that it helps to detox our body through our tongue. Do you detox your body on a regular interval? What is your method to detoxify your body? Have you done oil pulling anytime?

Yes I've done it before and have not done it for sometime, Thanks for reminding me. I drink moringa juice but due to the awful taste I sometimes miss on it. I regularly take an MX3 capsule, and it helps a lot.

Today I done the oil pulling before brushing and I brushed my teeth after that but I felt like I had some spicy things. That feeling disappeared after some time. Is it common with oil pulling?

I always oil pull, but I noticed it's not as effective as before. Not sure why. Before I noticed I always had a fresh breath. Now it's not the case. It seems oil pulling has its effect for few seconds only. I had whiter teeth before, but now I think my teeth are getting yellowish. I'm wearing braces though.

Measure one tablespoon of oil and swish it around in your mouth for 15–20 minutes, being careful not to swallow the same. Spit the oil once you are done.
