Diary Thursday 7th March 2019 Interviewed about my pending book by a local magazine, for a feature due out at the end of the month. They also invited me to give a talk on pubs to their group in late May. Even before publication, my book is opening opportunities for me. Yay! I went on to the third of the four Chekhov talks at the university, fortunately just a short distance from the building where I was interviewed so this was all nicely timed. Diary Friday 8th March 2019 My second visit to my doctors to have my blood pressure checked. The good news is that my weight and blood pressure have come down a little but much more is needed. I went to the last of the four Chekhov events presented for the public at the university, which went really well. A review of the events is given in my other postings. Diary Saturday 9th March 2019 Shopping, the library, editing some of my photos and waiting an eternity for a bus in the freezing cold as howling gales started ravaging the region. Diary Sunday10th March 2019 A day in preparing the next wave of press release publicity promotions for my book project, and job searching. Arthur Chappell

I am glad that both your weight and blood pressure are down, a little bit at a time is good. It's freezing cold here also today, a chilly wind.

@arthurchappell We had a weird weather yesterday, sun, then wind, then clouds and it snowed 5 minutes, then sun again. It seems the weather cannot decide what to do.
