hello mylot, it's a sunny afternoon here, how's your day?
today I am helping my grandmother wash and repaint her deck. it's a lot of work but it'll look great when it's done! however I've done plenty of projects that don't always turn out well 
Have you done any home improvements or DIY projects lately? did they turn out well or was it a disaster in the making?

I am not too good at that type of thing,,but I did manage to patch a hole in the wall that looks fairly decent.

I used to do a lot more myself but now I try to hire someone who can get it done. Thankfully I don't need much done around the house

It was a beautiful day! I'm sure your grandmother will appreciate all your help, even if it's not picture perfect.
We used to do things around our houses, but figured out that hiring a professional saved us more time, money, and aggravation in the long run.
