When you think about engagement rings is there like a price point you think of? Is there too little or loot much to spend on a ring that show your getting married to someone in the future? Honestly for myself I don’t like flashy rings and it doesn’t need to coast a lot to make me happy. My engagement ring is pretty simple. My husband went for a few weeks before picking out a ring for me and then asking me. I had showed him a few as we where taking about getting engaged. I told him no more then $200 becuaee after that for me I think it’s too much for a ring. I don’t think there’s a limit to too much or too little as long as it’s from the heart and you think the person getting the engagement ring is going to like.

They say it's the thought that counts and how much one can afford. I received an almost 2 carat ring when I got engaged. Years and years later, my husband upgraded it to a 5 carat ring. I do love bling and am extremely grateful.

For me I think it's what it symbolizes that matters the most. Different people have different buying powers so I would get one that's appropriate to mine.

@louievill I think our hover thinking it. Your buy it one time so it’s impact on the future is very little it’s not like a bill where you’ll have to pay it every month.

Any kind of engagement rings are fine as long as it comes from the one you love and cares about you too.Once it was given to you, your feeling is priceless.
