I got a really good picture of my fresh water eel. He is getting big compared to when I got him last June which is good. That means he is healthy and eats regularly and he also hasn’t tried to eat any of my neons in the tank. My eel helps takes care of any snails that might end up in my tank so to frosty get over runned by them.

It depends on the type of eel you have . A lot like small fish or shelled fish. Mine eats mostly freezes dried shrimps but if there are an snails in my take he’ll eat them too. As long as they are well feed they don’t bother other fish.
