Chicky Tonight On The Grill

Today I got my grill cleaned up. Replaced a part and have some new burners on order since some of mine are bad. I should see those on Tuesday. But cleaned it all up preliminarily and am cooking my first meal of the season on it tonight... Chicken thighs. BTW, I got these on sale today for 89 cents per pound. Seasoned them up with a little bit of No salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic, and a no salt seasoning blend similar to Mrs. Dash. Going to have a salad with it and some hash brown potato casserole. It should be good.

Grilling for sure is one of those methods of cooking that you really can't go wrong with. Not in my book, anyway.

Looks good to me..I made a Greek lemon, egg and orzo soup,,and a piece of salmon..Tasty, if I do say so myself!

You go, girl. I LOVE salmon, and even THAT is delicious cooked on the grill. Have not done it in a while since my wife is not fond of it, so usually when I eat salmon its when I am eating out.

It turned out delicious as I remember. But can one really go wrong with anything cooked on the grill? Me thinks not.

Every once in a while I suddenly miss meat of some sort! Can't remember the last time we didn't have veggie something!! ;) That sounds awfully good!!
