A nice surprise

I haven't been able to do much in the last few weeks. I was terribly worried about my brother and that was weighing me down. Now that the worst is behind me I am back to business.
I was able to write one article in a few hours yesterday. I did a bit of gardening- mostly weeding and removing dead plants. Worked on a couple of sites with ease. I am glad to finally be able to do things I normally do.
I was amazed when someone sent me a donation of $1 yesterday. It was for a task I was supposed to do, but there was a problem with the site and try as I might I just wasn't able to get the work done. Finally when I reported that I couldn't complete the task that good soul sent me the money anyways. I couldn't accept money for what I had not done so I promptly returned it.
This morning when I opened my mail I got to read a lovely note. This good soul was so pleased with my integrity that she said she would love to be my friend and consider me first for any task she had in the future. I guess I have found a good friend for cheap. I like her too and enjoy working with her whenever there is something to be done.
Actually I guess it was two surprises in one.

@cherigucchi Its hard to find people like this. There are so many online who don't pay you for the work you have done.

@allknowing you mean about sending the money back? That has got more to do with my religious upbringing. I spent most part of my life in public schools just two years in a catholic school.

Gardening is wonderful, peaceful therapy while my mind has a lot to process, esp, about a dear loved one. I pray with you that your brother will find relief and healing soon. Take care. Much love and hugs to you,

@everwonderwhy My brother is out of the hospital and he celebrated his birthday with my other brothers yesterday. He is doing well than ks to all your prayers and good wishes. Gardening and praying are my go to things for stress relief. Thank you so much.
