This post is actually about shoes. I'm 50 & when I was in my teens to early to mid 20's, I seemed to always find cute shoes. Now, I've never been a woman to have a multitude of shoes. I think the most pairs I've ever had were six at a time. I mainly like sneakers, but, also flats. I like to have a few for everyday & also for a little more dressy.
For some reason, 20+ years ago, the stores I used to buy my shoes at, such as, Payless, stopped having the type I considered more fun. With different patterns. That's for sneakers. For loafers & such I want those basic & black, usually. It's also been difficult to find my size. 7 1/2 wide. It wasn't the 7 1/2 that was the issue. It was the wide. So I've had to get 8 or 8 1/2.
Three years ago I decided to purchase a pair of sneakers online. They were flowered. Lavender & three different shades of blue. And the correct size. I had held off getting shoes online, because, it's one thing I do like to be able to try on first. Though, I've bought clothes & undergarments that way & they've been fine. I liked that pair & since I've had a good experience, I've done it several more times. Including, getting a pair of ankle boots. All worked well. I do like to make purchases online, as, it's more relaxing, more options & better deals. Has anyone else bought shoes online? If it went well, which site(s) would you recommend?

Hi, Sreekala. I've bought other items from Amazon, but, haven't found shoes or clothes I like on there. Though, I know, new people are always joining there to sell, so, it's good to check every so often.

Hi, Mitchelle. There's a Payless here where I live, but, the patterns they have are pretty basic. The site seemed to be the same. I should check, from time to time, to see if they have anything different.

Hi, Teep. My thing is bracelets. I might have a few more shoes, eventually. Living in a studio, with my best friend, two kitties & two small dogs, we're limited with space. How many pairs do you have?

Hi, Aubrey. I know feet can swell during pregnancy. It sounds like they stayed that size even after you had your kids. I wasn't aware that could happen.
