Cinnamon a Super food

I read in news paper that cinnamon is super food and it help full in some health problems, We are using it as spices. I have digestion problem. For many days I wants to use it to improve my digestion. For last two day I am using it. I am feeling some relax. Anyone of you is using it for digestive problem? How much quantity is enough? Share your experience.

My husband has been taking it for last few years to help with his Blood pressure and cholesterol. I can't stand the smell of it. It is too strong.

@arunima25 For some day I will try powder. I am taking 1/3 tea spoon of it.

@anil02 We take a medium size stick and soak it in a glass of water overnight. Morning he boils it to half and drinks it before his morning tea.

I didn't know it's health benefits. What I know is I feel good eating cinnamon rolls. Oh just simply yummy.
