The 3rd day of the Crystal Immersion Challenge was all about forgiveness and gratefulness. We did a meditation with our chosen compassion crystal and worked on forgiving people in our past that caused us harm or trauma. Afterward, we had to complete this worksheet of things we are grateful for and why. The photo above is of my Gratitude List. My top 5 were: - The Crystal Immersion Challenge: for taking me out of my comfort zone and teaching me new things about myself. - My Home: It is my biggest sacred space. - My Partner Jay: He makes me feel loved, protected, special and secure. - My Mom: She gave me life. - Tara H: Emotional support, especially at work. I think I need to start concentrating more on things I am grateful for. I do not do it enough. What were you grateful for today?

@MissNikki Your list was beautiful. I tried to read them all via the photo. Could work a majority of them out. Was just so sweet what you wrote. I am grateful that my dad's foot and health is improving. And very soon I will be grateful to have a nice warm bed as I am cold and sleepy.

I'm grateful for my bed too - I love sleeping, LoL. Glad you were able to read almost my whole list - it's definitely important to take time to remember what makes us happy and what we are grateful for.

All good things to be grateful for. I'm grateful that I have a roof over my head, food to eat and a wonderful husband.

Treasure all the good things rather than remembering the bad experienced you had.
