Do any of your grocery stores have a suggestion box?

I was wondering if you can put notes in a box and ask why they confuse us by changing things and if they listen. I know my store doesn't have and no point in complaining because they do not care and also there are times hardly any clerks.

We used to have one earlier. Now they ask us to rate us while billing with press of a button. If you give them a bad rating more than 2 times, they call you and ask about it.

@Hannihar Very true but I doubt they would do that. That is what the manager is for and if he/she doesn't listen, you could always try contacting their corporate office.

Not the Safeway in the next town over. They have a membership club and you can do surveys after shopping. Several of us let them know when something isn't working well but they don't even respond.

I have seem them, but never used them. Our manager is very good, because when I need a certain product, he orders it.

I am glad your store has a good manager. I stand and wait for help and they are on the phone or ignoring me and then someone comes up and asks something and I said I was here and they get rude.

No, but it would be nice if they would leave everything the same way and not change everything around when they get the whim. I was in Wal-Mart recently and found everything changed again. It was one I don't use often. The one I went to this morning, hasn't done that in a while. But give them time, I'm sure they will, then the hunt will be on to find what I need. Someone once said they do it so people will see something else in their hunt and try something new. I'm sure it works that way and people do find new and interesting items to buy, but I like things the same. Now, I remember, it is the Wal-Mart I always use. They changed the electronics department around. I like to buy movies and the movies were in a different location.

@just4him I find life hard enough and then when you have to search all over the store for something it is very frustrating. Why is it in yellow? Now I see the yellow is gone.
