My very first wedding was 3tiered chiffon cake with color purple theme. I was quite nervous to do it since its my first for a wedding cake and for 3 tiered cake. I read some post on how to assemble it and proper support to avoid falling apart which is a nightmare for a baker.
The first tier was white ruffles, followed by violet rossette for second layer, and last tier was slanted ruffles topped with little flowers. Those small silver are dragees. The cake was not perfectly straight since it was my first time and good thing it was so stable, no disaster happened. Made it to the venue safe and sound, and the newly wed loved the taste.
Nerve rocking first wedding cake yet so many things I've learned.

You have to put dowels on each tier for support.
