The Struggle is REAL

The Ohio Valley. Also known as the allergy capital of the US. Here the weather report goes something like this: The high was 72, the low was 48. No rain fell, but we did have 7 1/2 inches of pollen overnight. This time of year there is no "meth crisis" in this part of the country. Nobody's giving up their Sudafed for anything. On the other hand, Kleenex are at a premium. If you're wondering why southerners frequently wipe their noses on their shirt sleeves, it's because there's not a box of Puffs to be found within 100 miles of anywhere! That sound in the morning isn't a cat coughing up a fur ball. It's humans trying to cough the pollen out of their throats. I've found a way to profit from this, however. I offer to show people a budget version of Niagara Falls. For 50c they can watch the drainage down my throat. The struggle is REAL. A little humorous song to accompany this humorous look at seasonal allergies:

I got to experience that extreme yellow pollen for the first time this year. In northern California, we had pollen, but nothing like this.
