Waiting for my friends.

Every Tuesday evening I have a couple of friends for tea. Today, as I went to the grocery store, I bought a nice small cake with a delicious strawberry filling.
You will ask now how do I know that the cake is delicious. Well, dear friends, I cut a slice and I tried it.
In an hour they will arrive and we will have an hour of conversation.

When friends drop by it's usually a choice between coffee or a cold drink like cola or soda depending on what they like. Tea is not very popular in our country,, it's only when somebody is not feeling well that they ask for tea. Have a good time.

We call it 'tea time' or 'once' but the beverage is either tea or coffee. They drink tea (they don´t like coffee) but I drink coffee with them. I have bread, butter, jams, cheese and they always bring an avocado. Today I had also bought a wonderful cake.

Hope you enjoy your time with your friends and that delicious cake looks so good. I do not have any friends who can come and sit with me a while. My friends who live below right now have some health issues so I am on my own.

It is fun to have friends over for cake and coffee. I also enjoy going to friends and neighbors for coffee.
