Woo hoo! Most of the time I never reach my 10,000 step goal. We went on a hike today which helped with my step goal, plus having to go up and down stairs a good few times for many things. I’ve done 13 floors and 4.22 miles today of walking.

That is great to hear! I don't usually get my 10,000 either unless I work out for an hour and a half or more!

I stay a home a lot during the week since the kids have school. I don’t have to do earns so I only leave if my youngest wants to do something. I make closet fo 3,000 to 5,000 a day which still isn’t to bad.

@MommyOfEli2013 yeah! At least I try to keep it consistent. I think after next year it’ll be easy. All 3 kids will be in school for 6 hours a day. I can add in work outs to what I want to work in. Mostly my stomach I want to tight up my muscles there a little bit. I don’t want a pack just want to those lose muscle close to what they looked like a few years ago.

@ShyBear88 Oh yeah, I understand....for sure. My steps are normally about the same if I don't work out.

My doctor recommended me to do that. It's so hard but I also managed to do it. I'm happy that I get to meet some fitness buds here in Mylot.

I’m not much of fitness person but it’s nice to see how active I am even though I’m busy with 3 kids.

@ShyBear88 Good to hear that! You're so amazing. Some people complain about having kids. Most of them use it as an excuse for them not to take good care of themselves.

@eLsMarie yes it is hard to work out with kids. I don’t do like a workout thing at all just don’t have time being a stay at home. I can bit when I’m free a lot of time I’m tired. Keeping track of how much I’ve walked you can see I’m pretty active for a mom of 3. They pretty much are my work out. It gets easier as they get older. I can do more once all 3 are in school for 6 hours a day.

It doesn’t really make you stay healthie, working out can’t make you healthy if can help you be healthier but you also have to choice the right diet for your body.

@Hannihar my watch tells me how many steps in general I make based off of my wrist movements and my heart rate. I don’t go tubing up and down stairs or anything. I do go up and down stairs but not for my health to put away clothes or other house chores.

@ShyBear88 So is it your steps you go up and down. I did a little of that today. There are days I go up and down our steps a lot and others hardly at all. That is very impressive.
