Cherry blossoms

Well I might not be able to and it on to DC to see the cherry blooded but at least the ones at my parents house have finally bloomed and I can look at these pretty pink flowers. We call this time of spring the pink snow has begun. My mom hates it because the petals get tracked into the house.

Down here in Florida we don't have the luxury of enjoying the beautiful cherry blossoms, but we make up for it with all of our azaleas and crape myrtles, two flowering plants that are in abundance down here.
And speaking of snow, the pollen gets so bad here in Florida that we call it the yellow snow.

We get yellow snow too. I’m suffering from it right now. I wish I could take some allergy meds but I’d be passed the fudge out for like 8 hours.

@ShyBear88 Haha, yeah I know what you mean. Those allergy meds knock me out too. Thankfully, my allergies have not flared up badly so far this year.
