There I was typing away, almost finished with a great little post when … oops … my post disappeared. What the heck happened? Oh, it wasn't the sites fault, no it was not a little glitch, it was the typist fault, a mere slip of the finger. I am such a klutz. Somehow I hit the wrong key. Which one you might ask? It beats the heck out of me. I was going along lickety-split just typing away when … dang it all, everything just disappeared. I just know I can't be the only one that does this. I hope I'm not. How many of you out there have the occasional slip of the finger? By the way, I am sure you have guessed that in my mind I didn't say "Dang it all".

I am glad I am not alone. For the life of me, I cannot understand why it does that.

It kind of makes me see red. I can never get the article as good as it was the first time.

I never write directly online, I save in a text file first, then copy and paste in myLot. It's safer.

@HazySue It is the only safe way to be sure not to lose what we type.

This has happened to me twice in the last 2 weeks. Makes me so mad at myself.

@HazySue I know what you mean, me too. What I have started doing when I remember is to copy the text. That way, if it goes away again, all I have to do is paste.

It makes me so angry that I can't remember what I wrote so I can do it again.

That has happened to me several times, your fingers slip and there goes your post.

I don't understand why. I don't see anything on the keyboard that should cause it.

That stinks! I have had that happen a few times too. And the second time I write it is never the same as the first!

Exactly, it's like you get one shot at writing the post and then it isn't as good.

Well, I could say it for ya I really hate those itchy fingers that can't mind their own business until I'm done ..... sometimes they seem to have a mind of their own.

Maybe it is that your fingers don't have a brain, they seem to have a mind of their own.
