To Beat The Storms

I knew the thunderstorms were coming in this evening, so I went to work, I finished the grass mowing at the old home place and I filled the trash can again with junk, donated a car load that was still good, 3 lamps and 4 small tables, 2 bags of plastic clothes hangers, a ton of Christmas lights and a metal rack.
Back at home I wanted to relax but I couldnt, I gave the dogs extra food and and I cooked dinner, I got my bath. I changed Tony`s bed sheets and he is now in his bath. I have a load washing now.
I hear thunder in the distance!
I have to say that mowing grass for 4 of 5 days has got me, I am done! My back and muscles are so sore. Tomorrow I will take off from hard labor.
Good news? No sunburn and I was in the sun all week!

Never good news when I pull up Facebook and the first notification I see is "James Spann is live."

It is, but see I make lotions and I have added natural stuff to prevent sunburns. I am not a fan of Zinc.

Good news about the sunburn. I just downloaded a recipe for sore muscles that involves dandelion oil. I need to get out and pick some.

You do so much you really do need to take some time for yourself. I know how difficult that can be when you are working the way you are. I am happy to hear you did not get sunburn with all that time outside. I hope you plan on writing all day tomorrow. I know that is still working, but at the same time, I know you enjoy it. It will let your muscles get some much needed rest.

I did write a little more this morning on one blog, since the camera is broken I have to take the kindle out to get pic for the other one, I will try to do that today.

When I first get back to doing this, since this is the first full week of mowing, I am sore all over. But as you know I won`t hurt as bad next time, nor will you.

from now on, can you keep thunderstorms on your side of the Allegheny Mountains? We, those of us living further east, would prefer not to get Alabama's leftover storms! l-)
