I like shrimp, but quite costly. However, the other appetizers, in the featured video, in this discussion, teach inexpensive ways to please the crowd. Mini Caprese Bites are so adorable, aren't they? Tomatoes and cheese, yum! Easy finger food to be able to actually eat at a party while socializing and not end up making a mess. Gazpacho Shooters are runner-up to me.
