Lunch For Today - Lettuce Wrap

Todays lunch will be a lettuce wrap made out of left over roast. Added to it will be red peppers, tomato, green peppers, Vidalia onions, a little bit of cucumbers and a handful of leftover roast beef. It will all be chopped into small pieces and rolled up in a lettuce leaf.
I will be goooood. Add to it a big glass of artificially sweetened tea and you have a great lunch. Who could ask for more?
Tonight's dinner will be "whatever you find and fix yourself". I am taking the day off. I think yesterday doing nothing has made me lazy.

Yummy that sounds great to me. Today is Friday and it a sandwich night for my family. I will make cheese steaks or whatever they want me to. But, it's an easy cooking night.

@HazySue not good, being that im in pain . but also because a lot of the times we played with kids so had to go easy on them. lol

I like that kind of food; but usually it is wrapped in unleavened bread like shawarma.
