I’m sitting here trying to figure out what to do with the kids today. It’s Friday I only have $33 in my account and waiting for my babysitting money. I’m just eating some rice pudding. Two kids playing video games and one crashing little cars together. I was going to take them to the park but it rained so now everything is wet. We plan to go to the pool later this evening.
I haven’t figured out dinner yet either. I did put one basket of clothes away. I still need to clean dishes. Maybe you guys can help me figure something out?

Can’t do the dishes when they stop me every 2 second. I haven’t been able to use the bathroom without own busting in to the bathroom. They are playing board games but I got to keep and eye on them.

One of the things I used to love doing with my kids when they were younger and we had a rainy day to kill, was I would make up an indoor scavenger hunt for them, and the prize at the end would either be a food treat, some cash, or something fun like that. I would create little riddles and rhymes that would give them clues where to go to find their next clue. I'd hide like 20-30 clues all over the house, so it would take them a long time to finish the scavenger hunt. It was always great fun, and kept the kiddos occupied for an hour or two.
