Are you doing anything special this weekend? I'm actually laying pretty low. Watched the first half of The Wizard of Oz with my young neighbor friend yesterday, and will watch the rest now. May meet friends at the park for a "play date," so my young friend can play with my adult friend's daughter, Paloma. She's 8-years-old and they've had a couple of play dates before. What's up on your end?

The SriLanka bomb blasts have left me with bad feeling. My neighbors have also suddenly decided to shift elsewhere. Kiddos are moving. I have lived in hostels and gotten immune to parting for good at very young age. Will I miss them? I don't know. Why is it that we realize somethings after we can't do anything about it?

I am in a complete holiday mood at my native. Most of my day goes relaxing, eating all good food and having a good time with family and friends whom I visit once in a year.

In hostel they used to give us easter egg. Basically some sugar casing with chocolates inside. You can't help liking a festival that gives you nice chocolates. LOL

Right now I'm seriously considering doing some work. I have some lab rapports to read through and a test to grade. I think I might get some more tea and do it while I watch the news. Hopefully both the rapports and the test are better than the quite sad news (mainly Sri Lanka today). Apart from that it's been mainly horses all week and all weekend. Fed and put them out today. Rode my horse together with a friend who rode my pony. The pony jumped for the second time, he was very good. Afterwards he ruined his reins, he's a busy soul trying to help with everything and some times he's trying a bit too hard.

@TheHorse He tried to eat the fresh grass (it's nearly a cm tall now, so he thinks it's time to eat it) and was so eager he walked around me, managed to get tangled in his reins, then tried to eat and the metal thingy at the end got ripped off.

Other than going to see Garth Brooks in concert last night, I had absolutely nothing else planned for the weekend. I tailgated all day yesterday before the concert, so I figured I would be pretty hungover today after such a good time. But I actually woke up early and felt great today!

@TheHorse It was absolutely amazing! More than I ever expected. I'm not the biggest Garth Brooks fan in the world, so I was very surprised at how much I actually enjoyed the concert.
