Mango Jam for Easter!

Hello everyone! I hope you had or still have a wonderful Easter. Did you do Easter hunting? Easter Sunday was my sons birthday. I was planning to make him a mango cream cake but well, he said he didn't like mango and didn't want to have a birthday cake. So I didn't make him a birthday cake. We only had a wonderful lunch with meatloaf, asparagus wrapped in bacon, veggie salad and boiled potatoes with brown gravy. We had chocolate vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was all delicious. We had a few hours celebrating his birthday with only the three of us as he wanted to be with his friends after that. It was cosy and fun. We still have plenty of leftover and that will be our lunch for tomorrow. So how was your Easter Sunday? I hope you had a good one. Thanks for reading. Btw, that was the photo of the mango jam I have made yesterday. I didn't make a cake out of those mangoes I bought in the Netherlands and so I just made them into mango jam. Yummy!

@nela13 they don´t grow it here in Germany either but gladfully, there are some supermarkets where I can buy mangoes.

It is yummy but sorry I can't give you some as you are too far from where I am

My son doesn't like a party on his birthday. He just be with us for lunch or dinner and after that, biking with his friends. It is his way of celebrating his birthday. A relaxing way of celebrating. Thanks @mayka123
