Holiday Monday Thoughts

Today is Easter Monday. I hope a lot of you have the day off. As most of you who read my posts might know, I went on medical leave because my anxiety and depression were really affecting me badly at work. I was crying constantly on the job, calling in sick all the time because I couldn't handle being there, not performing well. This was back in January. I think now that I can't go back to that job ... I need to go back to what I really love doing, which is working with kids. I'm also learning to be a Crystal Healer. My job doesn't know this is my plan though ... I have had to increase my anxiety medication to help, and have upcoming appointments with a new therapist. I am supposed to go back to work on May 9th so trying to figure out if I can extend my benefits until I find another job doing what I actually want to do ... I think not letting myself be authentic, and doing what I genuinely love to do led to some of the major spike in my mental health issues. I was focusing on making more money, doing something I really don't like to do, because I wanted to make the big bucks. (I found the picture here on Facebook this morning and it was so beautiful, it just made me smile. Hope you enjoy it too.)

@MissNikki Love the picture you added to this post. I think it's a good thing that you're really thinking as well as taking action with what you want to do. Just keep at it. Keeping focusing on what YOU want to do that makes you happy. I think you're doing a great job with yourself in regards to outside of you ( study, looking for work ). And as always I wish you the VERY best on working on what's going on inside ( your thoughts, anxiety ).

If working at a job is adding to your stress, and you're not willing to put up with it, then you definitely need to find something that makes you happy. You only live once, as they say! Yes, the picture is beautiful. Get happy!
