Can't keep my eyes open anymore....

My sleeping pattern is all messed up. Really trying to correct it but not that easy. I slept for a bit yesterday in the afternoon for a few hours then woke at 7pm and been awake since. It is 12pm ( the next day ) right now and I can't attempt to stay awake any longer. I have to lay down. Will handle notifications when I wake up. I've mentioned it here and there that my moods have been quite low lately. So ya know it's all the cliche depression junk that happens. Sleep very little then sleep too much, eat a lot, don't eat, good mood, low mood oh the joys of it all! .... Hope everyone has a wonderful day / night. I'm off to bed. What have you been up to today / tonight?

I've had some odd sleep patterns recently as well. Not sure what it is. Today was a decent day. I hope my dreams reflect that.

@VivaLaDani13 Thanks! It hasn't been that bad. Some some oddities like waking up at 4 AM for no particular reason, or having really vivid and unusual dreams. Overall, sleeping is one of my greatest skills.

@TheHorse lol nice skills to have! But yeah I know what you mean. I have had that happen before only it was 3am but that stopped quite some time ago. I'm glad it's not that bad for you but hoping the sleeping is able to correct itself to something more usual than unusual.

@andriaperry I'm glad it's been a long time since you've experienced it. I hope that part never happens again to you. And thank you kindly.

@JohnRoberts It sure can be! Many people don't understand it and think it's easy to "snap out of."

It's good you are holding up with your positive attitude. You find the humor in life. I hope you get your needed sleep. Stress is one of the culprits of not being able to sleep and so is boredom, so I play games. Right now, I'm hooked to Mist Survival.

@yoalldudes I was considering asking for a good sleeping tablet. Oh man that game sounds awesome! Is it a Facebook game or something I can download on my iPad?

@VivaLaDani13 It is something you can download. I'm using a laptop. I bought it in Steam for $6

@VivaLaDani13 A doctor can prescribe you something for good sleep. You shouldn't suffer. Mist Survival is a post-apocalyptic game where you have to survive through combat with zombies, bandits and wild animals.

It happens to all of us, there are days we are happy and days we are moody. I was sleeping a bit better in the past few days. I always go to sleep around 10:30 pm and now I can sleep until 4:30 am, that is pretty good.

Have things improved for you? I hate it when I feel down, and there are no magic fixes, though I find going out and Getting Something Done helps.

@TheHorse It's hard to say if things have improved. I managed to sleep last night but I guess overall no I haven't really improved. I'm still anxious a lot and in "fed up" mode. But I know the links towards these feelings in particular because there is a lot going on here right now. But some days I feel total sadness and alone or just a strange feeling that's hard to describe with no idea why it's happening. The other night I experienced that depersonalization / Dissociation ( don't know if they are the same thing ) for a few hours. Haven't had that in quite some time and not sure why it randomly happened the other night.

@VivaLaDani13 Oh yes. It's raining here and I adore the rain ... is it better than sleeping and outside the rain? There is nothing better
