Effective ways to lose weight.

For most of people, this is something hard to do... But, sometimes it must be done... So, when you find yourself in a situation where you need to lose weight (and here we have a lot of variants for each person)... What is usually more efficient for you?

Less sugar 100%, no soda-add water, less carbs, smaller portion sizes and more exercise! =)

That's really funny I see this, I'm just starting out to lose weight and as of right now I'm walking a mile everyday and will work my way up, and cut my food intake in half.

@WiseGhots thanks and I have went through reading what others do. The only problem I have soda even though I'm down to only one a day I don't want to give that one up lol.

When I was pregnant for our first child, the doctor gave me a calorie sheet to follow. This way, my baby would receive proper nutrients and I wouldn't gain too much weight, endangering his life and mine.

@WiseGhots Everyone has to find their own way to lose weight. I have been fat off and on all my life. Now I am 68 and finally found a way to lose weight. I gave up things and also in the summer it is very easy not to want to eat but drink more and then it carried into winter and then summer again and this last winter it was a struggle but kept it off and now it is nice again and know I will keep it off. I also eat less than I did before.

exercise helps me most. I've changed my diet for quite a while and I've plateaued so I need more exercise. it's a mix of both diet and exercise

My most effective way is to steer of carbo foods, especially at night. Protein shakes are good too; keeps you full..
