Hockey Round Two

In the Stanley Cup Playoffs the first round is done and we are starting the 2nd round. In NHL Hockey they play best of 7 games throughout the playoffs, so it can make for some exciting games and series of games. This year all four number one seed teams got knocked out in the first round, that doesn't happen often, I'm not sure it has ever happened before. The #1 seed Nashville Predators lost to the Wild Card Dallas Stars, #1 seed Calgary Flames lost to the Wild Card Colorado Avalanche, The #1 seed Tampa Bay Lightning lost to the Wild Card Columbus Blue Jackets, and the #1 seed Washington Capitals lost to the Wild Card Carolina Hurricanes. If you don't know the Wild Card teams just barely made it into the playoffs and it is usually them that lose in the first round cause they are playing the best team in their division. Not this year, they all won, I love seeing the upsets there. In the Eastern Conference the team i am hoping to get to the Stanley Cup is the Columbus Blue Jackets but the team I was hoping for in the Western Conference is already out, The Vegas Golden Knights were knocked out by the San Jose Sharks. Tonight starts round two with Columbus at Boston and Dallas at St. Louis.
