Ice cream and chocolate addiction

I think, I am an ice-cream addict. Everytime I sees an ice-cream it feels it's calling my name.
I have read in an article, it claimed, the addiction to ice creams is similar to drug addiction.
I have a same craving for chocolates as well, most of the times my refrigerator is stuffed with both. In case, if I am running short of them, I start to get restless and crave for buying more.
Do other people go through similar thoughts...????
