Being outside calms you?

When I am outside I am anxious. Everyone says that I should take walks, but walks make me very anxious. I am curious about you. I have panic attacks when I am outside. I tried small steps, but this doesn't work. When you are outside, do you feel calm? Just being outside calms you?

Yes, mostly. That is to say, being "in nature" does. Large crowds, sometimes, not so much.

Depends on where I am, but most of the time I'm calm both outside and inside. Walking the forest, at the beach or in the mountains can be calming, especially the forest. If there's no other people there and it's just me and all the mysterious sounds, that's great.

I love being outside in the fresh air and sunshine. I went for a nice walk early this morning.

I’m more calm indoors so I somehow relate with you. Do not mind them much, those who tell you what to do.

I feel calm when going outside and safe in an open space esp., during or after an earthquake......
