When is the last time you sent a fax?

Yesterday I was talking about printer/scanner/copier combinations, many of those also have a fax machine.
I haven't sent a fax in 4 months. But I did send a fax 4 months ago. I know most people if they have to fax something now either scan it and email it, or go to a place that faxes for you.
Anyone still have a fax machine at home?

I do have a fax machine, but since I don't have landline phone service I can't use it. I almost sold it..but someone decided at the last minute they didn't want it. I sent a fax a couple of months ago to my internet provider. That is the first one I sent in years.

@DocAndersen I know. One time I need got fax, but I didn't have it. I ask in local company can they just receive it for me and they help me.

Once upon a time they were huge. But so was CDMA for phones.

They are hardly used here at all now mainly in the Post Office if you want but nothing more than that really.

Some of the newer faxes can leverage a digital line. But, I do understand that. I would bet there are banks where you are that still have them!

@LadyDuck That is a growing trend here as well. I am probably going to get rid of the printer in the next two years, I will then be fax free
