Banks charging monthly fees

Sometimes I wonder banks are always in win win scenario. 1. You add money into banks, they charge you for incoming and outgoing money 2. You don't add money into bank, there is dormant account fee. 3. You add money still there is monthly account fees. I have noticed this with almost every bank in america or international for the context being. Banks win in all scenarios.

Look for a zero minimum balance checking or savings account!!! Or else all your money will be gone for fees and u will owe the bank money!!
