Great Start to the Day

Have been watching a robin's nest in my backyard, as talked about previously. I slowly walked out to the pine tree this morning and saw the female on the ground looking at me. I stopped and looked up at the nest and there was a baby staring right at me. Hanging out on a limb. I could not believe it.
I had my camera, as always. I snapped about 20 photos. The baby sat still the entire time. As soon as I started walking away, it flew to the momma robin.
A priceless moment captured. So excited as this rarely happens. You have to be watching all the time to see this moment. The photo is not great, but I was under pressure from the momma of possibly being attacked.
Have you ever seen a baby bird fly from the nest?
