More Excitement in the Backyard

Captured another exciting moment in my backyard late yesterday. Still cannot get close enough for a good photo. But I got a shot of a robin and one of its babies. So cool. There is at least one more in the nest.
I noticed these two walking along my cypress trees. So I walked slowly out to the deck and zoomed in for a shot. You can always tell the baby as it has spots for a few weeks. The momma robin has the pretty orange breast.
There are also more blackbirds in the nest and who knows how many others. Spring is an exciting time. Nature always offers something new every day.
Plans for your weekend? Raining again today but I don't mind. How is your weather?

It's going to rain all weekend so there is not much going on here. The rain makes me want to sleep. I have done a lot of that lately.

I love how many birds are out and about. They love our yard now because it's full of weed seeds. I hope they eat up!

Such sweet birds I love them!
It is warm here, I don't really know how the weather is going to be, at this point I just assume it is going to be hot. I have my webcomic I need to get working on.

Yes, it's a busy time for birds and babies. It's gloomy today and in the 50s. We're in a 50s rut for the next week. No plans for this weekend. Have a good one!
