I’m so excited to use this. Today I spend a little bit of time grounding my sunflower and pumpkin seeds that got from Trader Joe’s (for you none American people that is a store kind of like and indoor farmers market.) they are unseason which is what I wanted because I’m going to cook with them. Many of you know that I have a 4 year that is gluten free due to allergies. So I typically buy a 1 to 1 all purpose gluten free flour but it gets pretty expensive. Seeds don’t coast as much but I have to do the work to found them myself. I took my bullet blending and did small amounts at a time so that I could get theme not a powder and not make butter. If you spin it long enough it starts turning to a butter. It smells really good too. I filled my flour contain with 1 bag of each pumpkin and sunflower they where each a 1lb bags. That worked out perfectly.

Good for you and glad you got the flour you needed. My mom used to love eating sunflowers by the handful.

It’s a good alternative for those who can’t have nuts but can have seeds.
