National Roast Leg of Lamb Day
1952 - The concept of the integrated circuit, the basis for all modern computers, is first published by Geoffrey Dummer.
1931 - Teresa Brewer (Theresa Veronica Breuer) was born in Toledo, Ohio). She was an American singer...her style incorporated country, jazz, R&B, musicals and novelty songs. In the 1950s she was the most prolific singer, recording nearly 600 songs. Her best-known songs include "Music, Music, Music", "Mutual Admiration Society" and "A Sweet Old Fashioned Girl". The sad part of it is that I remember all of these songs! She passed away in 2007.
1946 - Thelma Houston (Thelma Jackson) is an American singer and actress. Her #1 hit was in 1977 - "Don't Leave Me This Way", a disco song. She won a Grammy for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.

I haven't had lamb in years and years. I'd love to have some.
