My workmate asked for a leave at the forth time....Too much work for me..

Hardly to say how I feel today, maybe tired and weary.. She is younger than me and we have worked together for over 2 months. BUT, she asked for leave at least three times. I need to do her work as well when she is absent. Thus, I need to finish the tasks only by myself. The work load of two people is just done by one. I think it is too much for me. Actually I only earn my salary, no compensation even though I do two people's job. The worse thing is that she only infomed me this early monring! Also, I'm fed up with the reason "I'm feeling sick today." Everytime the reason for asking for the leave is the same. I'm so tired of working with this kind of workmate. No responsibility. Not only this time, every time!
